@Adedeji

Contact your phone manufacturer for help or contact O2 to arrange a repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/returns-and-repairs/device-repairs

Would help to know the make and model of phone, assuming you've already tried the long-press on the power button (possibly with the volume down button at the same time) to see if it comes back to life?

@Adedeji If you have an O2 store nearby, call in and see if they can help you. No guarantee that they will be able to help, but if they can it certainly would be quicker than having to send your phone off for repair. Bring photo ID with you if you choose to go in store.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
