I moved to a business plan, in January I did question at the time but was told aerial direct was part of 02 , they would still be my provider and cheaper bills.  Fast forward to May where I have no service when away from WiFi,  plenty data left.  New sim tried no joy. Back and forward still no joy and a mobile which is not letting me call   texts etc away from mobile.  Last update from aerial direct was this weekend and was told that o2 engineers said I had been making calls and sending texts using data. I think one call when probably in range of WiFi  or patchy intermittent signal.  A mobile phone which isn't working away from wifi is a safety concern and frustrating.  Any ideas.  Thanks in advance

@Braddas8121

As you are with Aerial and not O2 (search the forum and you'll see why) you need to get Aerial to fix the issue.

Unfortunately you've made a huge mistake.

Still getting Billed to 02 , but aerial direct provider...yes I'm beginning to suspect that. Over a month with no stable mobile coverage.  Thank you for your reply
