how to get VAT invoices on account

go on o2 chat ask for VAT invoicing to be turned on, stupid I know it should be standard or set by ticking a box, but O2 has made it hard for us & them, when u all have chat working overtime they might get the message

If this is not working (when you click on vat invoice) then this is something @Toby needs to be feeding back to the My O2 team? I also fail to see why some customers should have this facility when they don't need it ....and  then there are others who apparently have to ring CS to have vat invoicing turned on slight_frown

Not from me personally Toby...but we tend to see this a lot at the end of the financial year......Being able to get a vat invoice seems very hit and miss. I personally think it should be an option which is set as default (as others are suggesting)

Yes without a doubt all invoices should be suitable for tax purposes and vat acceptable.

It just says "This is not a VAT invoice" at the top when I do that.

You have to call customer services each month to get a VAT copy of your bill.
