how to check out remaining internet usage

I have a SIM only contract,can you advise how I can check what outstanding internet usage I have as just received a text advising all my inclusive data has been used,yet when I look at my actual O2 usage it says I still have 499.07 left,just want to keep an eye on what I've used,is looking at my O2 account the most reliable.

@Mudgie1 If you have a tariff where the extra allowance was a special offer then the first data allowance would be used and a text is triggered when you have used 80% of that. Your remaining data which should show as a bolt on will then be used.

Try sending Balance to 21202. That will tell you how much you have left.
