Hi @sanmil

Unless you are able to upgrade to a new device you will have to pay the outstanding balance on the old one

@sanmil

Just upgrade in your MyO2 and your current contract will end when the upgrade starts.

You will be billed for what you owe on your current contract when you checkout the upgrade online.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Only if you are eligible to upgrade though @sanmil (as I said in my first post)

That will all depend on when you took your current contract out. If you are unable to see the 'Upgrade Now' option then it won't apply to you.

You can upgrade at anytime as long as the old contract is paid off.
The new oe then just replaces it.

All pretty much said in my first post. No idea why you need to keep adding to it!
