Hi

I have just amended my contract, changing airtime tariff about 1 month ago. Since hten I have not been able to dowload my bill. when I try to I get "DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid."

I am also very frustrated that there is no way of speaking or chatting to O2 as there used to be. They have hidden the contact details!! I tried phoning but they would only deal with a Bill enquiry if it was about fraud and i then got cut off!

not good customer service!

anyway if anyone can help re my bill downlaod that woudl be great as I need it as a receipt for expense claim

Try using a different browser, Microsoft Edge gives the best results

Otherwise

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

This is the 2nd one today with the Dash-Error message.
