getting a new phone

I have literally  just dropped my phone and it has comepletey smashed, I am a customer with O2 and i am just wondering how I go about getting a replacment phone.

If you have it insured you can claim on that or if refresh pay off what you owe n then upgrade that way

It doesn't sound like you are insured? So you have to buy one but check if home contents or your bank account covers your phone first.
