Having upgraded I had to claim a free set of ear buds after 14 days from Huawei.
To do this I had to upload different items including a receipt. I've never had a receipt from O2 before and the only document that I had was the order information.
Huawei have rejected my claim and are insisting on a receipt? Feeling a bit cheated here.
