has anyone had a similar problem with O2. The bank takes the monthly bill for O2, but it does not reflect that the bill has been paid.It's the second time it's happened to me and I'm angry because I'm not getting my money back

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Yes, this has happened to me a few times now. I don't get a satisfactory resolution either. I paid for one line on Friday, and it paid another line that wasn't due yet

Any over payments remain as credit and will be used next month.
