Hi I cannot login to my o2 account as I do not have my Sim since I moved to Australia before virgin became o2 and I need to verify a code sent to my number that I have no access to, can you help

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
