I sent my galaxy s5 off for repair as the ear speaker stopped working. It came back 5 days later fixed. Just over 24 hours after it stopped working again. I took it back to the shop and they sent it away again. 2 days later i receive a txt from o2 saying the fault is not covered under warranty and they are returning my phone to the shop ????? I have had this phone since october 2014 and it has gone back for repair 4 times for 2 separate faults, now all of a sudden it's 2 year warranty doesn't cover this fault even though they have fixed it once ?????
Obviously they are trying to force me in to upgrading early ???
Anyone else had this problem because i am about to look at other phone providers if this the way o2 carry out their buisness??????????????????????????

It's well worth the minor inconvenience of dealing directly with Samsung. They have a quick turnaround for repairs. How Anovo can repair something and then say their repair isn't covered by warranty is beyond comprehension.

Doesn't matter a hoot whatever they say about warranty.
All repairs are covered by a separate guarantee. (I can't remember time period quoted in repairs page)
That guarantee is now in effect as their repair has failed.

Are they trying to say water damage or drop damage? Do you have insurance? It could fall off the coffee table? Be run over over by a pack of wild bores? Ok... Maybe stick to the coffee table story!

Or not perform insurance fraud, tempting as I know, but still fraud.
