We've got the confirmation that the Final Bill Refund Form is no longer available. They are already working on a new system to improve the quality of this service.
However, while moving to the new system, the faster way to get your refund is to get in touch with Customer Service. They would be happy to help you with the refund! (Note: Anything over £20 will get auto refunded)
