early upgrade

hello! my contract ends in 8 months but i decided to upgrade it earlier, I paid what is left till the end of my old contract + upfront coast and got my new phone. But I didn't like it so after 3-4 days I returned it and came back on my old plan and contract. Any chance to get money back wich I already paid for old contract end or not to pay monthly bills now? Cause now I'm paying what's already paid. Don't really want to pay twice for the same monthly bills... Maybe someone have any idea?

so if I canceled new contract, returned phone to O2 and they put me back on old contract wich is already paid till end, I still have to pay my monthly bills? O2 servis refused to return any money cause it's non-returnable but why I have to pay second time for monthly bills?

They have only paid for the original phone that was on the cancelled contract - They already own that phone.

You paid a fee based on the remaining contract, you didn't pay off the last three months.

You are on old tariff but not the old contract as that would have been cancelled when you paid it off.

You paid a non-refundable fee. Now you are back on the original contract until it comes to an end by giving 30 days notice. The contract carries on as it was.

You will be on a 30 day rolling contract now so free to cancel at anytime by giving notice.
