Hello,
I signed up to 02 2 days ago on a sim only plan, from Vodafone. I clicked eSIM as the option id like but now my network has stopped and I can’t seem to work out how to activate it. It means I have no network or internet

Everytime I try to log into my02, it says it will text me a code to get in. But with no network I haven’t received the message

You will need to ring customer services on 0344 809 0202 from another phone this morning, and they should be able to get you sorted out
