Cannot get a hold of anyone at o2 regarding my bill. due to not working because of lockdown I need payment extension. How can I do this if I can't speak to anyone

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

How did you get on I called and asked and the agent said shed transfer me to customer service and cut me off
