Hi @Anonymous The best thing to do is phone customer services on 202 as you are leaving before the usual 30 days notice period.

I've been trying to call for the past 3 hours and its telling me theyre busy and I should ask online, which hasn't been much help at all.

If you are leaving the country you might want to think about getting the phone unlocked while it is free in case you need to use the phone overseas. Easiest way is to follow the link in My O2.
