cancelling my phone contract

I need to cancel my  contract as Im leaving the country on the 20th November, however still need to use my phone till then

Hi @Anonymous The best thing to do is phone customer services on 202 as you are leaving before the usual 30 days notice period.

I've been trying to call for the past 3 hours and its telling me theyre busy and I should ask online, which hasn't been much help at all.

Sadly there is no online way to cancel your contract, so you'll have to bear with them. The best time to call is usually between 08:30 and 09:30 when the lines are quietest

The only way of talking online is via live chat We don't usually recommend this method for any account issues.  I'm afraid you will have to keep trying ....
