I was 'forced' to take an O2 sim as part of a Virgin TV contract. The sim was never used and the old phone it was installed in has gone. The Virgin TV contract has finished and I have left them yet I'm still being billed by O2 for the sim and I'm with BT now. How do inform O2 that I wish to cancel their contract when they seems to be deliberately uncontactable? Any advice?

You will need either the phone number or account number and speak to O2.
Obviously you can't text for a PAC or STAC as neither are of any use to you.
