do I have to give notice to cancel my sim? I am not in a contract and on pay monthly

Hi @shazza1 yes, you need to call 202 and give 30 days notice. 

You’ll be free to leave after that.

Hi @shazza1

Not sure I understand your question?. If you are on pay monthly then you are on a contract unless it's paid off and is now rolling on?. If so yes you have to give 30 days notice
