hi every1, about 4 month ago i have signed up for a 24 month business contract from o2. last week my contract has been cancelled by o2 for breachig the terms and conditioned which i think is unfair and i have given a bill of 540 pound.

breachig the terms and conditioned is for using calling card numbers which are simple call (0208) , i didnt know anything about it and i havnt received any kind of warnings either via email, text or letters. now they are saying they cant do anything and asking me to pay bill for

next 20 months left on my contract which i am not using. in this economic downturn i am strugling to pay this huge bill. can someone give me a advise what to do, please would be appriciated . thanks

Reading the thread I get the distinct impression that theres more here we don't know...

My guess is excessive usage, not particularly calling cards but in general.

Under the Ofcom rules they don't have to, it's usually if you are causing slowdowns for other users that you may get a letter.

I'm guessing the Op's situation has been resolved one way or the other by now. Shame he hasn't been back with any updates though.

I am assuming that there are some differences in the T&C's between Business and Personal. Maybe this is the issue.
