I started on a 12 month contract for £15 per month.

keeps going up in price every month?

Now there are loads of extra charges for phone calls and texts when I have unlimited minutes and unlimited texts.

I even got charged for calling my house phone which is ridiculous, Its not fair. There is a number I do not recognise that I've been charged for texting but there are no texts off my phone.... 

Is there a way out of the sim contract?

and is there a way to dispute some of the extra charges?  

and why is there suddenly a VAT charge of 20% on top of the extra extra charges so that o2 can take extra money?

Your bill is fully explained in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but if you need help, call O2 for free on 202 from your phone.
Not all calls and texts are included in your allowances and vat is always added as it is a legal requirement on any services provided.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @becky the only way you can get out of the contract is by paying off what you owe. Have you tried complaining to o2?
