Arrears paid still no service

Hi I’ve just paid the arrears on my account as my internet was cut off this morning will this now be restored to normal as I have young kids who rely on this for tv aswell as me for work

New contract

I've updated my contract just want to know if it has gone through because if I go into my o2 app in my basket it has a different gb than the one I've sorted out and it's saying I have to pay £449 up front
