Hi I pay £15 a month for unlimited calls and texts and for some amount of data but today I decided to go onto my o2 app to check how much data I had left and it’s said I’ve got nothing and no calls or texts then I came off the app and back onto it and it’s said I don’t have a tariff at all

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
