Returned handset to exchange,couldnt get a deal I wanted wont put me back to my old tariff

Resolved! Viewing past bills

I am trying to view previous bills for a phone that was on my account. The number was transferred to another provider last week. The number was removed from my account and I need to view November and December's bills for that number. Any ideas?Thanks
