Upgrade

Why are O2 upgrades so much more expensive directly rather than the amazing deals you get with outside suppliers. Frustrating to say the least. I can upgrade now but can't access guru chat either.

Hi I had call from a guy from 02 last week who offered me an upgrade I went through the process and agreed to it he said my phone would be here Friday but not heard anything since no confirmation email has been sent or anything can you help please.
