I recently upgraded my daughters tarriff and it has removed the spend cap that I had originally set. I received a text saying 'just to confirm you have not set a spend cap on this number' it also says to change this visit the website. However, I cannot apply a spend cap online or on my O2 app. Everytime I choose the 'spend cap' option it just tells me to call 202 or go on live chat. Each time I ring O2 it will not put me through to an adviser, just cuts me off if I don't want to talk about fraud! This is fine, but when my daughter racks up a bill that I can't pay I'm sure there will be an issue then.
HOW DO I APPLY A SPEND CAP ON AN UPGRADED TARRIFF????

You have to call O2. Numerous numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
The number ending 4005 seems the best one to call currently.
