Overcharged monthly tariff

I signed up to a £33 a month contract last month and have been charged £52. There are no additional fees just the tariff price with VAT of £52.

I should add that O2 are not providing any options to contact them at the moment.

Did you sign up through a 3rd party, such as mobile phones direct?
And was it on a cashback deal, where they show the after cashback amount?
