Quick question when my device is paid off on monthly am I able to cancel the contract and use the phone with a different network including cancelling the contract as a hole

No internet

Hi all,I purchased a song experia l4 on Saturday and I can't connect to the internet!! Tried following instructions on o2 and doesn't work! Also chap in o2 shop transferred all my photos etc from old device, but I can't find them! help!

My O2 app

If I use my details to try to log in on my phone It tells they do not match, however using the same details on my computer it work with them this is just plain inconvenient.Any ideas

Disney plus extra

When I upgraded my contract I chose Disney plus as an extra, this has now expired. If I upgrade my contract again to another which offers 12m of Disney plus will I be allowed this or is it limited to one?
