Lenght of contract

I took Iphone 12 pro in 6 month contract is it possible to change lenght of my contract to 12 months ?

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary

If you are over your 14 day return policy and bought this on Refresh then you can't change to a 12month Refresh contract as you cant change the length of the Credit Agreement you signed.

If you are within 14days then you can return it and wait for it to be processed then start again and choose a 12mth refresh contract.
