I haven't paid my bill for
3 months now but i'm going to pay the full outstanding balance, i can't seem to get through to the payments team or find a way to make an actual payment. i've been disconnected and just can't seem to sort it out

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
Call the free numbers, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
