Are we going to get some kind of compensation for yesterday’s problems? My poor son was trying to contact me after school and obviously couldn’t, he started to panic because he couldn’t get hold of me or know where i was. You never realise how dependent you are of your photo till you don’t have it. I’ve been a customer of yours now for many many years and feel disappointed with yesterday’s problems. I look forward to hearing from you.

Compo will help to prevent him from panicking?
