Compensation

Are we going to see any compensation for yesterday. I have two lines with you so as you can imagine I was very angry that we couldn’t make or receive calls or texts . Couldn’t get on the internet I needed my phone for work and couldn’t use it not good .

This is not O2 you are speaking to but a customer forum and we are all customers, like yourself and therefore not really in a position to know what O2 will decide.
