I have 2 sim only devices. 2 weeks ago O2 called me to offer me a better tariff with a 20% reduction off the second sim (iPad). The 20% reduction has not been applied.
I also specified that I would need to call within Europe and was assured I could. This is not so. I am currently in Spain and am unable to call local numbers like taxis. Not happy at all. Potentially dangerous. Awful customer service. Please put this right asap

This is not Customer Services. It is a community site made up of Customers like you. There is no O2 staff.
Something is wrong as all O2 contract phone SIMs are able to roam in Europe.
Have you tried connecting to a different Spanish Network?
Do you have 4G Calling enabled on your phone?
Some things to try:Check data roaming is on in phone settings
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account.
Do this via social mediaIf you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help
