Hiya
So i have just tried to place an order for a tablet on a 36 month contract.
I got to make the payment, then the screen froze and went back a few steps - but the payment had been taken from my account. There's nothing showing on my account so I'm unsure if the order has went through and I can't get through to speak to someone.
Has this happened to anyone else? did the order go through or did you have to go through it all again?

Payment will just be pending if order didn't complete.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
