Just tried to use my Greggs £2 gift card in store but it didn’t work. Am I doing something wrong or is there a restricted time around when you can use it?

How did you try and use it, as for me I just scanned the QR code in Priority and it took the £2 off and could also use the Greggs App afterwards..
You cant use it with any other o2 priority offer, so if you get coffee for a £1 then it cant be used, or any Monzo, Octopus offers etc.
Might be worth reaching out to Greggs via Twitter as well..

I went into the Greggs store and scanned it like I normally would but it didn’t take the £2 off. Does it have to be used after 12pm on a Monday to work do you think?

"Greggs Customer Care" usually respond to e-mails within 24 hours :-
It might be easier to get a sensible answer from them rather than from O2. 👍

Sounds like an issue with the store, as no resttictions that I can remember, just cant use it with any of the £1 free offers..
Greggs are quicker on Twitter than emailing them...
