WiFi issues are nothing to do with O2 so unlikely to find anyone else.
Try rebooting your phone and or forgetting any WiFi connections and reconnecting.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Kattaylor317, did you manage to get your wifi working in the end? slight_smile

I don't know which phone you have, but occasionally wi-fi stops working on my iPhone 7+, specifically it is connected but displays that there is no internet connection. I normally restart my phone and that has always fixed it for me. slight_smile
