Why isn't my payment going through

Hi. A message has come through saying bill won't be paid. But nothing has change (well my address) but everything else is the same my number, the card to pay and the money is all there to pay it. So I don't get why I got that message. Everything has been fine for years. Please help. (I've changed the address)

If this was a text message from a mobile number It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

O2 never text from a mobile number.

I recieved a similar text message too saying my payment hasnt gone through but i checked my 02 app & it said paid.

I dont know if it was a similar scam message or not. It looked very convincing.

The giveaway is if it came from a mobile number @N-Star09 

The fake website is an almost exact copy of O2's.
