The website shuts briefly in the small hours for essential maintenance,
Normally about half hour

Please see response on the other thread.

A bit of advice too @Anonymous
This is a customer to customer forum. We understand people get narked off from time to time but your repeated use of bad language will not help you. Nor will multiple posts.

Perhaps you would like to share politely what your issues are to see if we can help?

Hi my name at top of page when log in is Null!

Can't go to upgrades or get tariffs etc

just seems a poor shadow of it's self O2

going like t mobile did out sourced everything to far east any time you rang took hours to do a few minutes chat but can never get through on phone now anyway after while just cuts you off.

Mind phone service isn't that great anyway as always loosing calls or silent ones they thought sim or phone both been changed and still happens.

Ive brought a lot of people to o2 even ones that stung on cellnet and said would never return here took from t mobile and orange but im thinking seriously of going else where now so balls in o2's court

Obviously if you are not happy with o2 you need to look at alternative networks.  Choose wisely,  sometimes better the devil you know.....
