Hello, can somebody answer me my question as o2 are currently closed.

I have a monthly mobile o2 contract, as far as I understand I can leave o2's airtime only now as my contract has ended, I still have a year left until my device plan ends, can I leave o2 airtime but carry on with my monthly device plan payments? As far as I understand I am able to do this, if I can, please can you direct me as to where I need to go do this on the app or website, I have been calling o2 but have now been disconnected as they close at 20:00 hours, I was stuck in a queue. Feeling frustrated 😠.

@Otwophone

For customers who took out an O2 Refresh contract on or after 17 December 2021

If you decide to end your airtime plan within the first 24 months of the device plan, you’ll need to pay off your device plan in full when you end your contract.

If you're cancelling after 24 months but still within the minimum term of your device plan, your airtime and device plans are unlinked. This means you can either; (i) continue paying for your device plan in instalments, or (ii) pay off your device plan in full.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

But in your case you will need to contact O2 Tomorrow

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
