Why cant i veiw my bill in mymobile ? All i can see is my name and mobile number ...

Had the exact same problem ( which i believe is not uncommon ) and it was sorted after i emailed a screen dump of my online account page and the O2 app screen to CS so they could see exactly what i was seeing

Please remove your number quickly to avoid spam etc and then phone customer services on 202 to ensure your account is set up ok.
Ive tagged a moderator to remove your number if your no longer online.
