This is a customer to customer forum. You will need to call 202 from your mobile and speak to Customer Services for answers to billing questions.

We can't see your account so you need to check in My O2 or call CS for a bill breakdown, however, if you have turned roaming off you will be charged for data at the standard rates for the country you are visiting....
