First of all, I wish to thank each and every one of you whom clicked on this forum post and are taking the time to read this post.
On the 13th March 2013, having been on 02 Pay and Go for a number of years and after my previous iPhone, the iPhone 4S was unfortunately damaged, I decided that I would switch to a contract and get an iPhone 5 in the process. In the past, I was sceptical of contracts, due to the many stories that I have read in terms of bad expieriences.
I would like to make clear that I moved to contract on a different day to my mum, so when I speak of myself and mum changing to contract, such happened on seperate days.
However, 02 customer service to both myself and my mum, whom also got a contract and an iPhone 5, was absolutely second to none and has 100% changed my perceptions of contracts.
I was served at the Coventry 02 Store by supervisor Daniel Charley, whom couldn't have been more helpful and more customer-focused. He walked me, along with my mum when she bought her phone, through the process of switching from Pay & Go to Contract, moving both our numbers in the process and providing us with all relevant paperwork, such as the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, on which was outlined clearly and concisly.
I, indeed we, could not have asked for a better service and any queries that we had were dealt with quickly and helpfully.
Alongside using the My 02 App, which tells us simply and clearly, the contract we are on, when the next bill will be taken, the amount of internet bolt-on used etc, the service that is being provided to us is 100% perfect.
02's phone customer service is second to none, a query of mine being sorted in next to no time.
The reason for this glowing review is because I myself, the previous week, had a pretty awful expierience with another company whom were the total opposite of o2.
To top it all, whilst using the 02 Priority Moments app today, I noticed that 02 are providing 50% free credit off your third bill, the offer of which, if it's still availible, i shall be taking. What a fantastic services and fantastic benenfits!.
Aditionally, I was given 20% of accessories within 02 online accessories store. Brilliant!
We are both extremely happy with the service being provided and will happily recommend 02 to family and friends.

Great post and good to see when most only come here when they have a problem.
I also have had really good service from my local O2 store and have found O2 support to be among the best I have experienced.
