Hi @LAJones

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

We do not have access to accounts so are unable to discuss details

Could it be one for the phone and one for the data etc?

You don't say if the bills are what you have agreed but if not then you need to contact O2 customer services

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If you are on a Refresh contract there are two direct debits

  • Device plan
  • Airtime plan

Together they add up to your agreed contract

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

Thank you. The issue is that my device is an Apple 8+ that clearly was paid off several years ago and I was only paying one bill for the last few years. All of a sudden I’m now being billed twice a month Trying to contact customer services is like trying to catch air. I tried to message a virtual assistant and ended up here!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

I did too when I got the Galaxy tablet. I told her I could only afford to pay £45 a month. I already have another two contracts going for the children (this could make it 3); however, I just got two bills for £92.14 for this tablet. I checked both bills, and they're saying the same thing: 'Device plan and charges' £43.50. It does not explain whether one is for data or airtime. I went on Google and checked, what is this refresh? This was not mentioned to me. Going through the snapshot bill they've sent via email, service charge is £70.00 and device plan is £22+ I am marching in that office, there is no way I can afford to pay £90+ a month for one product, are they crazy???

@GSclarke Just to say this thread is two years old, so the original poster may not be around.

Let us know how you get on

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
