What happens to my balance on Pay As You Go when moving to Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, I recently got a new Blackberry and I am currently on Text and Web Pay As You Go at the moment (top up £15 a month) - I would find it cheaper to move to Simplicity (500 texts, 100 mins & 100MB web for £13.50 a month)

However, I still have £29.50 credit on my phone - what happens to this credit when I move over?

Thanks

It will get transferred as a credit to your contract and you can pay your bill from it or ask for it to be transferred to your bank account.
