Just went into my local store to redeem my O2 priority offer and was told they had no idea what I was talking about and wouldn't uphold the offer even though I showed them the offer! My daughter was really upset so I bought her one instead!

Hi all, Kim's off today but i'll try to help...

This particular offer is only valid at participating stores - the offer T&C's has store types that are specifically excluded and if the voucher was attempted to be redeemed in one of those, unfortunately it wouldn't be valid.

If this was a participating store however, it should have been accepted. In these circumstances we'd typically suggest speaking with the store manager about the offer or calling our customer services on 4445 for Pay & Go customers, or 202 for Pay Monthly.

Is The offer is for ANY calender in the 2015 range as quoted in the offer.
I'd like to get one but hoping there's a more talented selection.

It does say "Pick up a free calendar from the 2015 range" and it also gives you the address of your nearest participating store.
Ours is West Orchards.....
