Hello, I am reaching the end of my contract and want to upgrade my phone. Very handily, I got an email from O2 offering me money off the upfront cost of a new phone, but when I input my voucher code, it says the code isn't valid. Customer services have been worse than useless - trying to sell me things I don't want and offering me less discount than the voucher was for and seeming to disbelieve that I had had an offer email at all.
I was wondering if anyone had experienced this and how they resolved it? Or could anyone point me in the direction of, or put me in touch with someone who can help?
I know what phone and plan I want, I'm ready to renew, and up until now have been happy with O2, I just want the discount that was offered. Any help greatly appreciated.
