Solved: ESim assistance

Hi there

I currently have an esim on iPhone 11 but just purchased a new phone I wish to move to. How can I move this over if I’ve lost the original paper with the QR code

is it possible to get a new one sent to me? I don’t live near a store so can’t get there

You need a new eSim pack anyway to switch phones.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
