We have some fantastic news! Instant Winners is back for September and this time the prizes are themed on Japan. 


Instant Winners will take place on the September 18th and there are 3 tiers of prizes up for grabs this time around.

To take part in Septembers Instant Winners all you need to do is enter the app between 12:00pm and 09:59pm on the 18/09/19, Select the live offer, then tap ‘Use now’, follow the link and paste your Unique Code along with some personal info and hit submit.

What Prizes are Available to win? 

By entering the Promotion on (18/09/19), an entrant could win the Holiday for Two People to Japan with Broadway Travel.

There is only ONE Holiday to Japan to be won. Prize includes return flights from London to Tokyo. Travel is subject to availability and must be taken between March and November 2020. 

The Prize includes a nine-night fully escorted ‘Treasures of Japan’ Tour. Includes local English-speaking guides throughout, all internal travel in air-conditioned/heated vehicles, accommodation (based on the two passengers travelling sharing a double room) and meals as specified, entry fees to all sights and all airport taxes and security charges. 

Winner and their guest must have the correct documentation and passports for travel in Japan. Prize does not include Visas, travel insurance, tips or any meals not specified in the itinerary. For full terms of booking, visit

By entering the Promotion on (18/09/19), an entrant could win one of ten Private Chef Experiences with Belle Assiette.

There are only TEN Private Chef Experiences to be won. The Prize entitles each winner to receive a meal with ingredients for a ‘Taste of Japan’ menu. The meal is for a maximum of eight guests, cooked in the winner’s own home by a private chef and includes platted service and cleaning up. The chef can customise the menu to the winner’s liking and accommodate all dietary requirements. 

Available across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Available to redeem on all dates subject to availability and excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.


By entering the Promotion on (18/09/19), an entrant could win one of 5,000 Fish or Vegan Sushi Sets from YO! Sushi. 

There are FIVE THOUSAND Sushi sets to be won. Each Winner will be notified by O2’s Instant Winner platform instantly, where upon they will receive an email detailing their Prize alongside a Unique Code to show to a YO! team member to claim their selected Sushi Set. 

Each Unique Code is available to use in-store only from 18/09/19 until 02/10/19. The Unique Code is valid at all UK YO! Sushi restaurants except Birmingham Selfridges, Edinburgh Airport, Gatwick, Heathrow T2, Heathrow T3, London Harvey Nichols, London Selfridges and Manchester Trafford Selfridges. 

Each Unique Code can only be used once. Unique Codes are non-transferable and not available to use in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

Winners will be able to select one of the following five Sets: 

  •     Vegan Box; 2 cucumber maki, 2 avo maki, 1 avo nigiri, 3 yasai rolls, 1 inari taco, 1 aubergine nigiri
  •     Maki Box; 8 salmon maki, 8 avo maki

How does it work?
There is one prize Entry Window during the Promotion Period on 18/09/19. The Entry window starts at 12:00pm (midday) and ends at 21:59pm.

To enter, head to the Priority App once during the Entry Window to get your Unique Code. You’ll only be able to view your Unique Entry Code until 21:59pm on the day. 

Enter by (i) clicking the ‘Use now’ button in the Priority App to reveal your Unique Code and (ii) adding the Unique Code on the Instant Winners site, along with your details and clicking ‘Submit’. To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, pre-determined ‘winning moment’ or as close as possible after. In the event that two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated on a ‘first past the post’ basis. No other method of entry is valid. You can only enter once per prize window. If you win, you’ll be alerted instantly with a winning notification alongside next-step details and/or a confirmation email, sent to your registered email address within minutes.

How can I enter?
Open the Priority App during the Promotional Period. Select the live offer, then tap ‘Use now’, follow the link and paste your Unique Code along with your name, O2 mobile number and email address in the boxes provided. Then to enter, tap 'Submit'.

I can't find my Unique Entry Code, where is it?

Open the Priority App, select the live offer, tap ‘Use now’ and this will reveal your Unique Code.

The Unique Code I entered is not recognised?

You can only use the Unique Entry Code once.

Your Unique Code will not be recognised if: 

  1. You’ve entered the Unique Entry Code incorrectly. Initially, try to copy and paste your Unique Code to reduce issues with this. In most cases, the Unique Entry Code is automatically copied to your clipboard, so when you tap ‘Go to site’, it is ready to paste into the relevant box.
  2. You have already used the Unique Entry Code during a previous prize window. You will only be provided with one Unique Code per prize window of the Promotion Period. That code is only valid for that particular prize window and cannot be used at a later date. 

If you believe you have entered the correct Unique Code and are certain that it hasn’t been used already, please send your query along with your full name, O2 mobile number, email address, the Unique Code and time/date of entry to and we will investigate as soon as possible.

What happens in I win?
First of all - congratulations! If you are one of our lucky Instant Winners, you'll receive an email confirmation within minutes of seeing your winning notification. Remember, it’s important that you ensure the email address that you submit your entry with is 100% correct, to ensure the confirmation email reaches you correctly if you win.


For the YO! Sushi prizes, the email you’ll receive will contain all the necessary information to redeem your prize at a participating YO! Sushi location. It will also contain your Unique Code available to use in-store only. It can be redeemed from 18/09/19 until 02/10/19, when the ability to redeem your free Sushi Set will expire. All the Sushi Sets are subject to availability and be sure to check for your nearest participating location.


For the Chef Experience and Holiday prizes, the email you’ll receive if you’re a winner will contain a placeholder message, stating the following;


“Congratulations on being selected as the Instant Winner. Due to the high-value nature of the Prize(s) we need to conduct some quick checks to verify you as an eligible O2 customer. This won’t take long and as soon we’re done, you’ll receive a call from O2 and your confirmation email with instructions of how to redeem your prize.

Please bear with us whilst we make these quick checks.”

These check are to ensure you are a valid and eligible customer and shouldn’t take more than a few hours to complete.

Can you substitute or transfer a prize?

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Nor can the prizes be resold. 


What happens if I don’t win?

If you’re unsuccessful, you’ll be notified instantly upon submission of your Unique Entry Code.

Are there any rules or restrictions?

Rules of play: For 16+ and Priority members only, excluding employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families or anyone else connected with the promotion. One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period begins at 12:00 pm (midday) on 18/09/19 and ends at 21:59 am on 18/09/19. 5,011 Prize Codes equating to 5,011 prizes. How will you manage my personal data, should I provide any?

Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the prize.
