Wh smith one direction calendar offer

Just went into my local store to redeem my O2 priority offer and was told they had no idea what I was talking about and wouldn't uphold the offer even though I showed them the offer! My daughter was really upset so I bought her one instead!

They were on about an hour ago too - I had to let the kids stay up to watch !!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The Blondie vs. The Undertones mash-up really upset me.

Update :

Upon finding the one direction calendar and approaching the till I asked if the shop was a participating one. After saying yes I'm getting the code from he Priority App, and the shop assistant didn't even ask for it. Pressed a button in her till , gave me a receipt and sent me on my way !

Go figure.

Hi @Anonymous

Hope your well.

Yes as I said a little earlier in the thread my 6 year old granddaughter loves the band so I wanted one for her room at my house.

It's just seems weird the shop assistant didn't even want the code !

The calendar is £8.99 so one would of thought they would want the code ref the O2 offer.

I had the misfortune to visit a local shopping centre's W H Smith this morning just to buy a newspaper.

It's the first time for quite a while that I've shopped in one of their stores and I'm amazed how far downhill they've gone. Once the place to buy books, maps, stationery, pens etc they now stock cheap novelty rubbish that you'd find difficult to buy in a poundshop.

There was one assistant manning the one check-out and another directing customers to the self check-out till.

All this on a busy pre-Christmas Saturday.......very sad.
