I thought it about time to pass some good feedback about o2 for a change, instead of the negativity that is abound...
I came to point where I could upgrade my phone, due to the 12mth refresh tariff... so i thought id give it a whirl at the Crystal Peaks Store, in Sheffield, and tbh i was impressed at how easy it was to do the 12mth refresh upgrade.
Joe, was on form and provided great customer service, and made sure all the extra stuff i have on my account stayed on the account, made sure i knew about the new o2 open scheme.
I was in and out in 20minutes, with the iPhone7 Plus 256Gb in Matt Black...
Well done o2 a friendly local o2 store, with Great CS

Great to have some positive feedback. To be honest my local O2 store gives excellent customer service. Never had a complaint with them at all. It's a shame it's not always the same level of quality in every store.
I'm sure one of the community team will feed this back for you.
